Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

• 🇮🇹 Italy: 2–4 business days
• 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
• 🌍 Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
