Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
